Each station along the METRO Blue Line not only has public art but each architectural design team included an artist. This station was designed by:
Cuningham Group, architects Brad Kaspari, architectural design team artist
Buff-colored stone ties the station to the limestone of the Fort Snelling buildings. A V-shaped roof, open to the prairie feel of the site, funnels rainwater to the ends of the canopy.
Zig-zag design of painted aluminum on windscreens.
